All Half.com, a division of Ebay, specializes in music on CD, new and used, at low prices. while not necessarily the best place to find obscure, indie produced music, there still is a fair amount available.

All MusicStack is a clearing house for over 3500 independent record stores (from all over the world) offering millions of titles of rare vinyl records and used cds. It is great place to find CDs, LP, cassettes, import singles, sheet music, music memorabilia, etc. Registration is free.
